On March 15, an important contract was signed for the management of commercial services of Águas do Alto Alentejo for the next 5 years.
This important step recognized the know-how of AQUAPOR and LUSÁGUA in the customer service.
Now AQUAPOR sees its scope of action extended to 10 more municipalities, as its services are already recognized by its customers through positive assessments and for the Best Customer Service by APDA (association that represents the water sector in Portugal).
AQUAPOR will ensure the operation of all commercial services of Águas do Alto Alentejo. In the next 5 years its scope will involve 10 municipalities of this region, approximately 40,000 customers.
