Gender Equality Policy
AQUAPOR, in general, incorporates in its management practices actions that contribute to gender equality in its different areas in the organization.
In this sense, and as a way to demonstrate its commitment to this issue, before the preparation of this Plan, a consultation/questionnaire was made to all employees of AQUAPOR practices.
Thus, the practices of AQUAPOR in the context of Gender Equality were analyzed.
Whistleblowing channel
As part of its ethical approach, Aquapor has set up a whistleblowing channel for employees, candidates for recruitment and external stakeholders to report any situation that could characterise a violation of the Code of Conduct or a breach of a legal and regulatory obligation.
This mechanism completes the traditional channels of expression and internal communication. The procedures for handling reports are available on the reporting platform.
