ACE Ecotejo, made up of ME Ativ and Luságua (an Aquapor Group company), has set up a training academy in electricity and mechanics. The initiative, which aims to promote technical vocational training, guarantees employment for all trainees.
The new academy, in partnership with the renowned ISQ Academy, offers a teaching program that includes three weeks of specialized training and two months of work-based training. After a positive final assessment, trainees will be offered a position as a mechanical and electrical maintenance technician on a long-term project for the participating companies.
Aimed at young graduates, the unemployed or professionals wishing to update their skills, this initiative offers a range of benefits including paid training, food allowance and civil liability insurance.
