The SAUR Group is pleased to announce the signing of the acquisition agreement, through Aquapor (part of Saur International), of the companies CTGA & Enviman, specialized in the development of studies and projects in the areas of Hydraulics, Sanitation, and Environmental Engineering, as well as in the operation, maintenance, and optimization of environmental systems.
The transaction is expected to be completed during 2024, pending regulatory approvals.
