With the concept of the circularity of resources (reuse, reduce, recirculate and recover) there is a clear paradigm shift in the operation of wastewater treatment plants, where the final effluent and the different types of waste generated in the treatment process can give rise to new products.
To ensure the recovery of constituents such as nitrogen, oils & fats, energy, fibers, metals and liquid CIPs, with the aim of their reuse, based on the circular economy, we present solutions that can be composed of one or more unit operations, with the aim of retaining and separating the elements to be isolated, with the possible recovery of energy.
