Preliminary Treatment Solutions
Preliminary Treatment Solutions
To ensure, on the one hand, the protection of equipment, structures and treatment stages located downstream and, on the other hand, to optimize the overall performance of the treatment system, it is essential to use preliminary treatment systems in order to physically remove larger solids, settleable particles and/or colloidal suspensions present in the water to be treated.
With the experience we have acquired and the right technological partners, we ensure the definition of technically and economically viable solutions, based on an integrated analysis of the entire process and the requirements to be met.
Grading & Sieving
Filtration systems are used as a first stage to separate the larger particles present in the water. Removing these particles prevents blockages and increases the lifespan of downstream equipment and infrastructure.
Gravity separators
Allows the removal of sedimentable and floatable particles from water without the addition of chemicals and energy consumption.
Coagulation & Flocculation
It allows the removal of emulsions, colloidal dispersions and heavy metals through the addition of coagulants, flocculants or precipitants.
Dissolved air flotation
Dissolved air flotation units allow aggregated particles to be separated through the addition of chemicals, using fine bubble aeration to promote flotation.
