On the 15th, an important contract was signed for the management of Águas do Alto Alentejo’s commercial services for the next five years.
This important step recognized the know-how of AQUAPOR and LUSÁGUA in this important customer service mission.
AQUAPOR, already recognized by its customers through the positive evaluations they give its service and the recognition of Best Customer Service, awarded by APDA (the association that represents the water sector in Portugal), now sees its scope of action extended to 10 more municipalities.
AQUAPOR will guarantee the operation of all the commercial services of Águas do Alto Alentejo, whose scope will involve 10 municipalities in this region with a total of approximately 40,000 customers, over the next 5 years.
