The children’s book “We Are Water” aims to raise awareness among young readers about the importance of water conservation and provide useful tips on how to save this natural resource.

Created by Aquapor, the book tells the story of a boy with a magical cape who is challenged to complete five missions that teach him about the water cycle. Accompanied by a team of friends, Eco Kid embarks on many adventures and discovers great ideas that make a difference.

“With this book, we aim to raise awareness of water scarcity in a playful and fun way, while offering tips on how children can conserve this resource in their daily lives. In this sense, we propose some challenges, games, and even experiments so that children can put into practice what they are learning,” says Cláudia Guerreiro, Head of R&D, CSR|ESG.

“The book came about from the desire to promote the debate on water efficiency among the younger population,” says Cláudia Guerreiro, emphasizing “Aquapor’s commitment to contributing to the preservation of the most precious resource on our planet.”

The book will be presented and distributed free of charge in various primary schools across the country tomorrow, March 22, World Water Day.

It will also be available in digital format for download. Consult here.
